NEW SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR 2008/2009
All programs are developed to integrate the Ministry of Education learning outcomes. Programs are designed to meet the needs of primary, intermediate and secondary level students. These programs will inspire an appreciation for biology and nature and teach students hands-on skills.
Free Transportation Available for Field Trips! The City of Kamloops offers the Class Rides Free Program, a program that allows students to experience the Kamloops Transit System free of charge for the purpose of traveling to and from a field trip. Animal Antics
Learn about why animals do the things they do. Explore how biologists study animals in the wild and how zoos play an important role in research and conservation.

$100 PER PROGRAM
(For a class of 20 - 30 students)
$5 per student for a smaller class

At nature school you will discover the true meaning of observation. Nature school will give you an opportunity to discover relationships between animals and go beyond the experience of everyday visitors. Students will gain an appreciation and respect for animals which is important in developing ideas and beliefs about conservation.
